Internal Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator who will be the main interface between our client and their customers. Following placement of a customer purchase order, the Internal Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for effectively communicating order progression through the facility. You will proactively look after the customer and be focused on being the customer advocate, developing long-term customer relationships to ensure customer requirements are being met, and customer satisfaction remains high.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Background and experience of working in a customer facing role within the aerospace & defence industry.
• Experience of electronics manufacturing would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• High levels of integrity and excellent people and communication skills.
• Have the ability to adapt style and content of communication depending on the audience.
• Build positive relationships and quickly gain trust and confidence.
• Strong organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
• Ability to problem solve - understand the underlying issue rather than the symptoms and come up with solutions.
• Ability to show Empathy.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken, email, letter & social media).
• Strategic/analytical mind and creative problem-solver.
• Worked in a fast paced, growth industry or business.
• Experience of working as part of a project team or on delivering change initiatives.
• Experience with ERP software.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 07.45am – 4.45pm & Friday 07.45am – 12.30pm.
