Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where you’ll balance technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer service? This is your chance to join a forward-thinking company that specialises in energy-efficient lighting and controls solutions, proudly manufacturing in the UK for nearly a century.

We’re on the hunt for a Technical Claims & Commissioning Coordinator to take the lead on claims management, commissioning coordination, and customer technical support. If you thrive on providing innovative solutions and delivering exceptional service, this could be your next career move!

What You’ll Do
•    Own the Commissioning Process: Manage scheduling and updates in the commissioning diary, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
•    Be the First Point of Contact: Respond to customer technical enquiries across various channels, offering clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
•    Resolve Claims Effectively: Investigate and process claims for damaged or faulty products, coordinating site visits, organising parts, and ensuring timely remedial action.
•    Track and Report: Maintain accurate documentation of claims, commissioning activities, and site attendance while keeping customers updated every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For
•    Skills That Shine: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
•    Experience That Counts: Customer service or technical support in lighting or a related engineering / technical field, with knowledge of lighting or electrical / electronics products being a big plus.
•    Education/Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English are essential. Professional qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar are advantageous but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
•    Mindset Matters: A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Why Join Us?
This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of technical operations while contributing to a company that values competence, commitment, connection, and responsibility.
You’ll also enjoy the chance to build on your skills in a supportive environment with the potential for long-term growth.

Key Performance Goals:
•    Quick and efficient claims resolution.
•    High first-contact resolution rates for customer enquiries.
•    Accurate commissioning scheduling with minimal delays.
•    Positive customer satisfaction scores.
•    Precise and reliable documentation.

If you’re passionate about delivering solutions and have the technical know-how to back it up, we’d love to hear from you.
