Are you an innovative design engineer with a passion for precision and performance? We're looking for a Design Engineer to lead the development of high-quality mechanical components, ensuring delivery to strict time, cost, quality, and specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design and development of a range of mechanical components from concept to production.

• Deliver projects in line with agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and specifications using our internal development processes.

• Work closely with specialists, chief engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence.

• Contribute to and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all deliverables are met as promised.

• Collaborate across the supply chain to enhance team effectiveness and streamline communication.

• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.

• Support continuous improvement by following and constructively challenging existing processes and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong technical foundation in mechanical design and development.

• Proven ability to deliver complex engineering projects to tight deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple disciplines.

• Familiarity with CAD tools and project planning systems.

• Experience in a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus.
