As an electrical engineer at Hedley Studios you will be helping to recreate some of the most iconic cars in history, at various scales with electric powertrains.&nbsp;
 We need an enthusiastic Electrical Engineer to participate in all electrical design elements for our little cars. From developing schematics and harness drawings, to packaging electrical/electronic components in CAD and then installing them on the LabCar for testing. &nbsp;Work tasks will be varied and interesting. &nbsp;Teamwork is imperative to getting things done and you will need to be able to communicate effectively within the whole organisation. &nbsp; There will also be the opportunity to support events at Bicester Heritage such as Sunday Scrambles as well as vehicle testing and other events.

Role Purpose The Electronic Hardware Team Leader is an exceptional Engineer who demonstrates the capabilities to lead, mentor and manager other team members. The Electronics Team Leader can successfully manage conflict resolution between team members, has strong decision-making skills and acts with independence based on evidence coming from their direct reports. The Electronic Hardware Team Leader&rsquo;s time is split between electronic engineering activities (at a senior level) and managing a team of engineers.
