We’re seeking a results-driven Process Engineering & Facilities Manager to optimise manufacturing processes and manage facility operations at our Portsmouth site. You'll lead process improvements, oversee facility maintenance, and drive cost-effective, high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing process design and optimisation for efficiency and quality.
• Manage facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee equipment installation, upgrades, and capital projects.
• Ensure ERP accuracy and effective change management.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and facilities teams.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance and support recruitment and training.

Key Deliverables:

• High equipment uptime through TPM and OEE programs.
• Accurate documentation and ERP data for production alignment.
• On-time, on-budget delivery of projects and facility upgrades.
• Maintain certifications (AS9100, etc.) and safety compliance
