Quality Manager – Portsmouth

We’re seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to lead and develop Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) systems for our Portsmouth-based client. You'll maintain key certifications (AS9100 & ISO14001), streamline business processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet the needs of customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and simplify the Business Management System (BMS)
• Ensure product quality and drive process improvements
• Oversee audits, NCRs, customer returns, and FAIRs
• Manage the Inspection team and calibration processes
• Ensure EHS compliance and risk management

What You’ll Deliver:

• Seamless integration of legacy systems into one efficient BMS
• Continued certification in AS9100 & ISO14001
• Measurable improvements in quality, safety, and productivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in change management and BMS projects
• AS9100 Auditor trained, with ISO14001 knowledge
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in electronics manufacturing is a plus
