Are you a skilled Product Engineer looking to make your mark in an innovative, fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a passionate individual to lead the full lifecycle of product design and development—taking ideas from concept through to production.

What You’ll Do:
•    Take ownership of exciting product design projects, collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Production.
•    Lead new product development and manage all associated documentation (e.g., drawings, BOMs, costs, SOPs).
•    Enhance existing products, ensuring they meet and exceed technical specifications and industry standards.
•    Provide technical support and training to teams in Production and Quality Assurance.
•    Drive improvements in product quality and ensure projects align with deadlines and business priorities.

What You’ll Bring:
•    Experience in product design and development.
•    Expertise in 3D CAD design software using Creo
•    Experience in BIM modelling (for the creation of Revit files) and Adobe Illustrator
•    Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team.
•    Degree in Mechanical Design, Engineering or a related field or work experience equivalent
•    Bonus points for experience in the lighting industry, BIM modeling, or Adobe Illustrator expertise.
