We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer who demonstrates the capabilities to lead, mentor and manage other team members, with skills that shift from pure mentoring and collaboration over to the beginning of leadership. As Software Team Leader you will need to manage conflict resolution between team members, have strong decision-making skills and act with more independence based on evidence coming from your direct reports.&nbsp;
Your time is split between software engineering (at the most senior level) and managing a team of engineers. A number of reports may be working on different projects to you. The expected balance of the role between team leading and carrying out engineering tasks is expected to be approximately 30/70 up to a maximum of 50/50.

Our electronics manufacturing client based in Fareham, Hampshire are seeking either a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer to expand their team. To be suitable for this role they require someone from an electronics manufacturing background with AS9100 experience.
ROLE OVERVIEW This is a general quality assurance role and is responsible for working with the Quality Manager in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the company Quality Management System, with a high degree of autonomy. &nbsp;This includes identifying, analysing, and addressing quality concerns using 8D, A3 or similar methodologies, calling upon appropriate quality tools. Additionally to prepare and update quality control documents, plans, procedures, and process flows, and assisting with First Article Inspections, Calibration, and QC tasks as required. There will also be some involvement with customer and Certification Body audits as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Ideally degree qualified in a technical subject involving elements of quality assurance, manufacturing, or statistics, with a proven history of driving quality improvements. A good understanding of and experience working with AS9100 / ISO9001 quality management systems, including internal auditing. An understanding of manufacturing drawings, specifications, and instructions, with a working knowledge of IPC standards (ideally CIS) is desirable.
