Founded in 2011, Gerrell & Hard is a recruitment and workforce expansion business that has become a scaleup partner to startups, market disruptors, innovators and established brands in the Technology, Engineering and Manufacturing space.

Our History
Our founders Nick Gerrell and Joel Hard met and worked closely together for several years at a major international recruitment firm, where they received award-winning training and a solid grounding in full lifecycle recruitment.
After gaining many years of experience of Automotive and Engineering recruitment, they decided to set up their own recruitment consultancy – one reflecting their values whilst allowing them to refine the levels of service they had learned.
Today, our portfolio includes technical, engineering and manufacturing skillsets and others so new that we are helping our clients to write job specifications that are among the first of their kind.
Through a roster of defined services and with an agility required by fast-moving markets, we support our clients as they seek the transferrable skills and technical proficiencies needed for a demanding new world.
In this world, new technologies are emerging that have multi-sector applications, disruptors are creating technologies that attempt to solve the world’s big problems, and established manufacturers are transforming at a pace once unthinkable.

Our mission is to remain a brand synonymous with outstanding service, partnership, empathy and expertise. Our goal is quality of service before anything else, and we will never forego the opportunity for sustained relationships in place of short-term wins.
